Terry & India McCarthy | Founders, Capital Concierge Collective
We met in 2016 while working together in Customer Care at Pepco. What started as teamwork quickly turned into something special — we began dating in September 2016 and were blessed to marry in August 2018. Since then, we’ve been building a life rooted in love, faith, family, and purpose.
As proud parents of four amazing children, everything we do is driven by our mission to change the course of our family’s history and build true generational wealth. Family is our foundation, and we believe in leading by example — as committed partners, devoted parents, loyal friends, and people who truly care about others.
Our journey into entrepreneurship began when Terry was already operating a DJ entertainment business. India immediately helped elevate the brand, and that partnership sparked a passion that grew into multiple service-based ventures — including event services, catering, personal chef experiences, rentals, and now Capital Concierge Collective.
We share a heart for service and believe that exceptional customer care, attention to detail, and genuine relationships are the keys to lasting success. Whether we’re cooking, traveling, shopping, or building new opportunities, our focus remains the same: serve people well and create a life of impact.
